“MARTABAK MIE” Made in Indonesia ==> A FAVORITE FOOD for “ANAK KOST”

Food!!! We need food to fill our stomach, so we can get energy to do all our daily activities. But, there are some problems when we want to eat. One of the problems is we don’t have a good appetite because we don’t like the dish of food. So, we just eat as long as we want. Now, I want to describe about how to make “Martabak Mie”. Maybe, it can arouse your appetite. Let us see the process of making “Martabak Mie”!

Before we start to make it, we prepare the ingredients and the utensils which we are needed and make sure it is hygienic because it’s important for our health. We need two packs of instant noodle, it’s up to you to choose the fried noodle or boiled noodle. The other ingredients are two eggs, a half teaspoon of salt, and cooking oil.

First, we cook noodles. May be it’s easy but we must cautious to not make noodles very cook. After it cooks, the noodles are put into a bowl. After that, noodles are seasoned with the instant seasoned which is provided from instant noodles. Then, eggs and a half teaspoon of salt are put into a bowl together with noodles. They must be stir until they are mixed. We can add some slices of celery, red pepper, and onion to make it more delicious. After they are mixed, the noodles are fried with hot cooking oil in a frying pan until it’s cooked. If noodles are fried more than five minutes, it can be singed. So, it’s better if noodles are fried maximum for three minutes.

Finally, the cooked noodles are put in a plate and it’s ready to eat. It can be delicious, if there is a sauce. The instant sauce is okay. I think it quiet delicious and very easy to make it. So, do you want to make it? I will be happy if I can taste your “Martabak Mie”. Hehehehehex…. :)
